Agastache rugosa blooms from August through November. It is indigenous to East Asia, occurring in Japan, much of the Chinese mainland, Korea, eastern Siberia, and Taiwan. It occurs in moist grassy places in mountains, valleys, and along streams. The Chinese use A. rugosa leaf tea for angina pains. Root tea used for coughs, lung ailments.
