Seventy-two images of Kotor, on the Boka Kotorska a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient walled fortress-city has its origins as a Byzantine settlement reflecting Slavonic, Venician and later infuences. A 4.6 km wall, travels up St. John Mountain behind the city, completely enclosing it in stone. The old walled city interior is one of the best preserved Medieval cities on the Adriatic Coast.
