Twelve photographs of Cedrus alantica 'Pendula', Atlas Cedar, Pinaceae, Pine Family. Native to the Atlas mountains of Morocco and Tunisia; the pendulous form, with it's blue-green fascicled leaves and graceful form make it a beautiful horticultural specimen. The essential oil is used in aromatherapy. In the Atlas mountains, a tar made from burning the dry wood is used to treat dermatitis; among other uses.
